Throughout my life, I’ve noticed a frustrating problem. Regardless of genre or theme, books by or about minorities were often grouped into one category, which makes finding the right book difficult. It isn’t fair to lump literature into just one category because, as varied people, we don’t enjoy one type of book.

So I started Coloring Books™, a curated email of multicultural books that are worth reading, in the hopes that I can help people discover a book that speaks to them and their unique experiences. Read the full story.
